About me
I joined J.P. Morgan in 2020 as a Content Strategist to support the launch of Chase UK, now recognised as the "Best Bank in Britain." In the early stages, I created our comprehensive style guide, developed writing principles (aka tone of voice), then onboarded and trained the writers and agency partners to ensure consistency across all channels.

In the business-as-usual phase, my role focuses on commissioning, editing, and creating long-form content to attract new customers and strengthen relationships with existing ones. Additionally, I produce Support content (FAQs) for both web and app. My role requires collaboration with teams including Product, Brand and Marketing, Line of Defence, Decision Science and many more.

I manage the end-to-end content lifecycle, from ideation to publication, including performance analysis, reporting, and governance. The role requires a high level of coordination, organisation, and facilitation, ensuring that every piece of content not only aligns with our brand strategy but also drives engagement and measurable results..
Prior to joining J.P. Morgan I worked at various agencies where I developed and implemented content strategies for leading financial and enterprise clients, including GSK, AMEX, M&G Prudential and NatWest.
This involved conducting comprehensive content audits, competitor analysis, and providing UX recommendations to optimise and enhance customer journeys. My strategic approach ensured that content not only engaged target audiences but also supported broader business objectives.
